CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid disrupting the schedule of other clients, and the full service price will still apply.
